- Pain in the Shoulder
Six times out of ten the pain in the back is due to a bad posture. The doctors often confirm the back not being damaged and the bad posture causing the dorsalgia. In fact, the backache frequently results from our efforts to stand/sit up straight as many of us have been repeatedly told “Sit/stand straight, chest out, shoulders back.“
To make it clear: Supposed you are just now – as most of the time – sitting in a more or less slouchy way and with round back in front of the computer, sit straight for 1-2 minutes following the instruction “Chest out, shoulders back”. Do you realize what is happening? The entire back – from top to bottom – is strained; almost all back muscles are hardened as long as you keep on trying sitting straight.
