You - at home - can now measure the shoulder joint mobility of the joint rotation with an accuracy of 0.5°. This has so far even been impossible even in a doctor's surgery or therapist's practice:

Two large scales - one for the right and one for the left arm - are illustrated on this poster. If you laterally approach the poster - in the ideal case the ShoulderTrainer is still positioned-, you only have to put the elbow on the designated point on the poster. Rotate the arm on the scale as far as mechanically possible, read the angular degree and write it down.

Thus evidence can be given of each minor progress in the mobility of your shoulder and arm.

Any success achieved with the AktiFlex® ShoulderTrainer is now visible as from the first training week by use of the Shoulder-Rotator-Scale®
